The last time I updated was Thanksgiving! That is ridiculous! But no one even reads this anyway so I guess whatever.

So it is March now...almost April and spring break will be here before I know it. Which is a good thing, because I like days off. I took one off last week to go watch the NCAA games here in Spokane. It was pretty exciting.

I'm starting to think a lot about what I am going to do next year. I think I will teach again, even though it's still horrible. The second year can't be as awful...right? But then our district is facing sweeping budget cuts so who knows if there will even be a position open for me!

Speaking of next year, I am going to be moving in with my good friend Kelsey. She is another first year teacher at Ferris (teaching math as well). We have a lot in common and I think living together will be a good experience.

My last bit of news...well, I'm reluctant to put it up here because talking about this subject on my diary has been the kiss of death...but I have a crush right now. He's a guy I met through Kelsey. I like him a lot, and I think the feeling is mutual. We are going out for coffee on Thursday. I would say I will keep you posted, but I probably won't update again until June, so you'll just have to talk to me to find out what happened.
